2. The tools
The tools are free, run in your browser and need no account. They help you build search queries and open them on third-party services. We may change, pause or stop any tool or feature at any time, without notice.
3. Acceptable use
- Use the website and tools lawfully, and follow the terms of every service you query or load through them, including Google, Microsoft Bing, OpenAI, Perplexity, OpenStreetMap and Esri.
- Do not use the tools for automated or high-volume querying, scraping, or attempts to bypass rate limits, CAPTCHAs or other protections. Services may block or challenge you; that is between you and them.
- Do not use the tools to overload, attack or harm any website or service.
- If you add your own API key (for example a Google Geocoding key), you are responsible for that key, its restrictions and any charges.
- You are responsible for the keywords and queries you run and for any decision you take based on the results.
4. No affiliation
bestSEO.tips and its tools are independent. They are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any company or technology mentioned on this website. Google and Google Maps are trademarks of Google LLC; Bing is a trademark of Microsoft Corporation; ChatGPT is a trademark of OpenAI; Perplexity is a trademark of Perplexity AI; OpenStreetMap is a trademark of the OpenStreetMap Foundation; Esri and ArcGIS are trademarks of Esri. All other names, logos, domains and site icons shown, including example or competitor domains, belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify them.
5. No warranty and no guarantee
The website and the tools are provided “as is” and “as available”, without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not guarantee any result, ranking, traffic, search volume or business outcome, or that the tools will be available, error-free or show the same results others see. Search results and AI answers come from third-party services and can differ by location, device, account, personalisation and time. Nothing on this website is legal, financial or other professional advice.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Albert Adaikkalam and bestSEO.tips are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, rankings, traffic or business, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the website or the tools. Because the tools are free, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for them, which is zero. Some places do not allow these limits; in those places they apply only as far as the law allows.
7. License and attribution
Tool code. The code of Site Search Opener and SERP Checker is Copyright 2026 Albert Adaikkalam and is licensed under the Apache License, Version 2.0. You may use, modify and share it, including for commercial work, under that license.

10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top shows the latest version. Using the website or the tools after an update means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law rules.
