Save time by running repeatable Google site: searches across your own website and
competitor domains with this easy, browser-based tool.

## 1 Keyword and operator

  Keyword or phrase

Multiple keywords (one per line or comma separated) ?

  Exact match ?
Off: plain words, Google may use close variants.

Select Prebuilt Own or Competitor Research Search Opener:

For broader or closer variant results, uncheck "Exact match".

 Find using: (Operator)

Tip: single operators match the keyword in one spot. All-versions need every word
to match, so they return fewer results.

Advanced filters

 Live preview and copy query

 Exclude words (optional)

Each word becomes -word in the query. Excluded words remove matching pages from
every result, so use this with care.

Filetype (optional) Custom extra (optional) ?

Combine extras with OR, quotes, minus and AROUND. Example: ("white paper" OR "case
study") -jobs. For date ranges, use the calendars below.

After date (optional)

Before date (optional)

## 3 Open in Google

**Per-domain tabs (Allow pop-ups)** (Allow pop-ups near address bar)
1 Google
tab per domain (best detail, popup-blocker may limit) **Per-domain tabs, in batches**
Opens a few tabs per click. Click again for the next set. Best when the popup blocker
stops a big batch. Tabs per click: **Combined OR - groups first 5 domains per
tab** Batched OR, 5 per tab. First five domains in one tab, next five in the next
tab, and so on. Fewer tabs, same coverage. Example: (site:a OR site:b) **All in
one tab** Every selected domain combined with OR in a single tab. Handy for a quick
scan. Very long lists may hit Google limits and return fewer results.

Search in other Search and AI Platforms:

Bing opens the same queries as Google. ChatGPT and Perplexity open one combined
query (all selected domains joined with OR).

Tip: if tabs are blocked, allow popups for this file, then use the retry links.

Link route: Direct

Privacy: your page address is never sent as the referrer on any open.

## ? Operator cheat sheet

intitle: = keyword in title tag. inurl: = keyword in URL slug. intext: = keyword
in body text. all- versions need every word to match. Quotes force exact wording.-
word removes pages with that word. A target can include a folder, e.g. example.com/
jobs/.

## ✩ Recent queries

## E Recent queries

## A Projects

Each project keeps its own domain and competitor lists. Export and import carry
them along.

## B Target lists

Own

Competitors

One entry per line. A plain domain (example.com) searches the whole site. Add a
folder path (example.com/jobs/) to limit that entry to one section. Paste one or
many lines at once.

## C Export/Import Projects

Project options carry every project with its own and competitor lists. The plain
JSON/CSV/TSV/TXT options export the current tab list only. Save downloaded files
to Google Drive or Dropbox to move them between computers.

## D Display

Load live domain icons - small logos before each domain, fetched from Google's
icon service when online. Turn off for fully offline use. Route Google links through
a privacy redirect - optional. Hides this app as the referrer on old browsers by
opening Google via AnonymZ (backup href.li). Modern browsers already hide it with
noreferrer, which stays on always, so most people leave this off. While on, a quiet
check runs every 5 minutes and warns if a redirect service is down. Show Google
search suggestions - optional. Keystrokes are sent to Google as you type to fetch
suggestions. Turn off for zero typing telemetry.

If suggestions never appear, an ad blocker may be stopping them. Try allowing google.
com for this page.

#### How to use the Site Search Opener

 1. Add your own domains and competitor domains in **Settings**.
 2. Enter a keyword or phrase.
 3. Choose an operator and decide whether to use exact matching.
 4. Select the domains to research.
 5. Choose per-domain tabs, batched OR tabs, or one combined tab.
 6. Select **Open in Google** and allow pop-ups if the browser asks.

## SEO research workflows

Use title searches to study competitor positioning, URL searches to identify content
sections and resource hubs, and text searches to find case studies, guides, or other
proof points. Filetype and date filters can narrow the search to downloadable assets
or recent publishing activity.

### Frequently asked questions

**Does the tool crawl or upload my domains?**

No. Domain lists and projects remain in this browser. The tool builds search links
and opens them in the selected destination.

**Can I search a folder instead of a whole domain?**

Yes. Add a target such as `example.com/resources/` to restrict the `site:` search
to that folder.

**What is the difference between per-domain and batched searches?**

Per-domain mode opens one query per domain. Batched OR mode groups up to five domains
per tab, reducing the number of tabs while preserving coverage.

**Why did no tabs open?**

Your browser may have blocked pop-ups. Allow pop-ups for the page and select the
button again, or use the retry links shown by the tool.

**Can I export my projects?**

Yes. Settings supports JSON, CSV, TSV, and TXT exports for the current list, the
current project, or all projects.
